No. Wedding Day does weddings only.

We do not create profiles, make introductions or arrange marriages. Families come to us once the match is made and the wedding has to be built — usually across two countries.

Engagements start at a wedding budget of about ₹1 crore (roughly USD 120,000) and are accepted by application. Below that, the Circle — our vetted vendor marketplace — is open to you without a Director.

You request a private call or submit a brief; within 24 hours you have a named Wedding Director, and the wedding is built over video, in your time zone.

Your Director sources venues and vendors from a vetted circle, contracts them through escrow, coordinates parents and family in India, sends a short video from the venue every evening of the build, and runs the events on the ground. Most couples arrive only for the final ten days.

Every payment to a vendor sits in a secure escrow account and is released only after that vendor's milestone has been delivered to your satisfaction — never on a promise.

The budget is shown line by line, in your home currency with the rupee equivalent, and nothing is released without your approval.

Yes — parents and family in India are first-class participants, not an afterthought.

They can be given access to the wedding dashboard, approval rights over chosen decisions such as the menu or the décor, and a family liaison in India who works Indian hours and speaks their language.

The Wedding Director's fee is fixed and agreed privately before the engagement begins. It is shared on your first private call and is not published.

Vendor costs are your own, paid through escrow and shown in full. Wedding Day adds nothing on top of a vendor's price.

Three engagement levels by the scale of the wedding — Signature (weddings up to ₹3 crore), Private (₹3–10 crore) and Estate (above ₹10 crore, by application).

Within each, you choose how much of the wedding we carry: Pre-planning (about three months — concept, venue and budget architecture, a shortlist and a guest-logistics plan), Planning (about six months — everything contracted through escrow, design, guests and the hospitality desk), or the full engagement, Till the last guest flies home, which adds production on the ground, a daily video from the venue and post-wedding settlement.

Yes. Every vendor signs a confidentiality agreement before learning your name.

No photograph of your wedding is published anywhere — including on this site — without your written consent, and your guest list, budget and family details are seen by your Wedding Director and no one else. We take on a limited number of weddings a year.

Yes. Each couple receives a private wedding site with their own handle.

It carries the event schedule in each guest's local time and India time, travel and hotel-block information, pre-wedding and wedding photo albums with photographer credits, a registry and shagun page, RSVP by household, and a personal thank-you page for every household who attended.
