How it works

The remote-first method.

You are wiring a year's salary to people you have not met, in a country you are not in. This is how we make that safe — six steps, one accountable person, and your money held until the work is done.

You tell us about the wedding

A brief or a consultation call. Dates, destination, guests, budget, the rituals that matter. We listen, and we tell you honestly if we are the right fit.

    You build a shortlist together

Over video, you and your planner browse the verified marketplace. You pick vendors; we verify them. Yours or ours — every vendor is vetted.

    Your money goes into escrow

Every payment sits with us. We release it to a vendor only when their milestone is delivered and confirmed — by photo, by your planner, and by you.

You get a video from the ground, daily

Every evening of the build, your planner sends a short video from the venue. You watch the wedding come together from your flat abroad.

We run the wedding on the ground

You land for the final ten days. The venue is built, the vendors are confirmed, the timeline is set. You walk into a finished wedding.

How a payment moves

Held. Proven. Released.

01

Scheduled

A milestone is on the plan — e.g. ‘Booking advance’. No money has moved.

02

Held in escrow

You pay. The money sits with us, not with the vendor.

03

Delivered & proven

The milestone is done. Your planner confirms on the ground; you see the proof.

04

Released

We release the money to the vendor. Only now.
